We are introducing a new feature that allows you to save your favorite music from TikTok videos directly to a YouTube Music playlist. With no limits on the numbers of songs you can save, discover a new way to enjoy your favorite music with YouTube Music.
Save music to a YouTube playlist
To save a song you like from TikTok:
- Tap on the song title on the video screen.
- Tap Add to music app on the sound detail page.
- Select Add to YouTube Music from the services provided.
- Select View and manage your YouTube Music Library.
- Follow the steps to authenticate your account.
- The song you selected will automatically be saved to a playlist called “TikTok songs."
Note: You are only required to authenticate your account once. Once you set up your playlist, you can add as many songs as you’d like.
Save songs to a different YouTube playlist
To save your song from your “TikTok songs” playlist:
- Open the song details of the song you’d like to move

- Tap Edit from the confirmation notification at the bottom of the screen

- Select create a new playlist or choose an existing playlist on your account
