Eligibility
- Currently, this feature is limited to Android devices on the YouTube app and only available in South Korea.
- You can browse and make your purchase as a guest.
Browse and buy tagged products on YouTube
You can view products tagged in a creator's video. When you find what you want, you can check out directly on the YouTube app with the shopping platform.
- Once you find a product, tap on the product.
- Read the product description or browse for other products.
- After you’re done browsing, you can tap Add to cart or Buy now.
- To checkout, enter your payment info through the retailer’s website.
- Enter your payment information and checkout.
Manage your purchase
You can view your order history to manage your purchase directly with the retailer or shopping platform.
- Open the YouTube app.
- On the bottom right, tap your profile

- Tap Purchases and membership
YouTube shopping orders.
- On the order you want to manage, tap Manage order.
- Once you’ve logged into the retailer account, you can manage your order directly from the retailer.
Get support for your order
For support with your order, you should reach out directly to the retailer or shopping platform.

- On the bottom right, tap your profile

- If you need further assistance, tap Submit an inquiry to contact the shopping platform, Cafe24, directly for support.
